Concept to Collection
DEVELOPMENT
The Collection development, or sample making, starts with the sourcing of the fabric and trims needed for each style, followed by pattern making and prototype. The proto is then fitted and any adjustments are made at this stage before the buying sample is finalised. The aim of all these steps are that our customer leave happy with the final product.

All productions are made in Portugal, we are ethical and social compliant. (ETI - Ethical TRADING INITIATIVE).
Today the MADE IN PORTUGAL label stands for high quality of materials, production, and a high standard of quality control, through to final effective shipping of goods to the rest of the world.

Development
Working closely with designers or brands, the range of work we can develop for our customers goes from initial spec sheet through to final delivery of bulk, quality control and shipping. Researching trends and fabrics by visiting trade shows like PV in Paris, to developing all patterns, using CAD, sourcing branded trims, to developing prints or embellishments, like embroidery, and an array of finishings like washes on denims.
Production
After prices and delivery dates are agreed, the actual bulk production starts. Once the buying sample fabrics and trims have been approved, brand and composition labels can be put in to work and grading of patterns can be done. A size set is then made and approved by the customer. After all final details are confirmed the quality control of bulk is checked and the goods shipped.
